Commute to Work

My 3.4 mile commute to and from work includes a short drive along the Southeast shoreline of Lake Calhoun (highlighted in yellow on the map shown below).


The Library of Congress added more than 400 oversize postcards to the Prints & Photographs Online Catalog this week. Included in this group is a postcard that shows what this portion of my commute would have looked like 100+ years ago.
