I was having trouble finding photos to post for the letter J. But then I came across the Leslie Jones photo collection at the Boston Public Library. Leslie Jones worked as a photographer for the Boston Herald Traveler from 1917 to 1957. The Boston Public Library’s collection contains close to 40,000 of his photographs. A couple thousand of his photos can be viewed online including 267 photographs with the subject heading: Animals: Dogs & Cats.
