A new study showed that women who took fish oil on a regular basis reduced their risk of breast cancer by 32 percent. It also reduces the risk of death, heart attack, dangerous abnormal heart rhythms, and strokes in people with known cardiovascular disease, slows the buildup of atherosclerotic plaques (“hardening of the arteries”), and lowers blood pressure slightly.
So if you’re not taking fish oil supplements, please start.
