I’m 32!

Ok, I’m not really 32. But that was my Wii Fit age this morning. I hadn’t tested it for a while. For months, it was always somewhere between 44 and 61. I got sick of seeing my avatar looking so sad, so I’ve been skipping that part and going straight to training.

It’s impossible to get anything close to high level workout from the Wii Fit, but it’s great for people with MS. As a result of plaques in the brain , messages between the brain and muscles are altered. Wii Fit very accurately measures every subtle movement and momentum and provides instantaneous feedback. I can’t measure the impact on my day to day life, but do feel it.
