I’ve graduated from chemo

Well that’s what they call it. You get a mug and candy and all the other people getting chemo clap. Now I just have to make it through a couple more weeks of weird side effects…and then I’ll be officially done with chemo.

It’s me wearing the free wig from the American Cancer Society. I decided I should be blond for my 46th birthday celebrations. I’ve always heard that blondes have more fun. I would have worn it to chemo, but it’s not designed for comfortable sleeping.
